Since 1997, Hervé Joyaux Fabre and his wife Diane have been producing premium Malbec wines from their vineyards in Mendoza ,Argentina. In 2015, having been captivated by the quality of the Malbec wines coming out of Cahors in France , they decided to purchase the vineyard at Prieuré de Cénac . The vineyard benefits from Mediterranean and Continental climate influences, with long, warm and sunny growing seasons and moderate rainfall which provides the ideal environment for Malbec to flourish and to reach good maturity levels.
