Store Pick up times:

Orders will be held for up to 3 working days after which, in the absence of advice to the contrary (email support@whelehanswines.ie), they may be returned to the store and you will be refunded.

Whelehans Wines can not be held responsible for misplaced product and in the event that this arises Whelehans Wines will replace the product or issue a refund.

When collecting your items in store, remember to bring your order confirmation email which will be emailed to you once your order has been completed. We will accept the email in printed format or on a tablet or smartphone.

Photographic identification must also be presented when collecting goods; we will accept a driver’s license or passport for proof of age (minimum age is 18 years old)
