When ordering your wine you can opt to collect your items in store by selecting the Click & Collect option. Our collection point is our Wine Store, The Silver Tassie, Loughlinstown D18VK37. Typically Click & Collect orders should be ready for collection from 4 hours after receipt of your confirmation of your order. You will be notified when your order has been picked and available for collection, subject to the store opening hours and stock availability.

Orders can be held for up to 3 working days after which, in the absence of advice to the contrary (email email@example.com), they will be returned to the store and you will be refunded.
Whelehans Wines can not be held responsible for misplaced product and in the event that this arises Whelehans Wines will replace the product or issue a refund.
When collecting your items in store, remember to bring your order confirmation email which will be emailed to you once your order has been completed. We will accept the email in printed format or on a tablet or smartphone.
Photographic identification must also be presented when collecting goods; we will accept a driver’s license or passport for proof of age (minimum age is 18 years old)
