Of course, as long as you email us at email@example.com prior to dispatch. Our parcels are typically dispatched at 3pm from Monday to Friday.How do I track my order delivery?
If your address is within 10km of our store, then no tracking numbers will be issued, and your order will be delivered between 10:30 am and 1 pm by our local driver.
For all other orders, your tracking number will be sent to your email address the day after your order is placed, and you can track it from then.Is it possible to schedule a delivery?
You can request a specific delivery date if your order’s shipping address is based in South Dublin. Outside of that area, your order will be shipped by our carrier and therefore will take 2 to 5 working days, with no guarantee of a specific delivery date. We will, however, endeavour to get your order to its destination on the desired date - just call us (01 9011144).

We recommend the bottle should be kept in a dry place with little incidence of light and heat. In addition, we suggest that you store it horizontally so that the cork continues to be humid and the drink has less contact with oxygen than in a vertical position.
Yes of course. We would be delighted to help you with your Wedding day. Whether it's Champagne, Prosecco or Crémant de Loire for your toast, or white and red wines for your wedding menu, we can provide you with the best food and wine pairing options.Can I hire wine glasses if I’m having a party?
Absolutely. With any party wines order of 24+ bottles, we will happily supply glasses for you, FOC, with a €5 charge per broken glass. Please note; Glasses must be collected from the Wine Store and returned in person. We also clean the glasses afterwards so you don’t have to!Do you provide a Sale or Return service?
No problem. If you have surplus, unopened, wines after your event, you can return them to the Wine Store and receive a refund for same. Please ensure you hold on to your receipt!
