    Should you be unhappy with any aspect of your order, please contact us by email so that we can do our very best to remedy the situation. Goods received should be inspected immediately for damaged or missing wines. If any wine delivered is damaged or there is a shortage in the delivery or the goods do not match those ordered please notify us as soon as possible so that we can fully investigate the situation. We will aim to find a suitable remedy to the situation as quickly as we can. Failure to notify us by email at of damaged or missing products within five working days of receiving the order may negate your right to free return and refund. 

    Damaged product, or wine suffering from 'cork taint', or incorrect product will be replaced or refunded. We ask customers to have the wine deemed unsatisfactory available for return. This will not affect your statutory rights.
