Rich and juicy Super Tuscan in a Bordeaux-style blend
Full-bodied, well rounded and juicy, with a distinct Mediterranean style character. This has a distinct herbal, perfumed character with aromas of vanilla, cedar and baking spices. On the palate, flavours of blackcurrant, bramble, ripe raspberry and strawberry and the signature cabernet graphite and bell pepper notes with a long finish. Recommend to decant 1 hour before serving.

Blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Cabernet Franc
Food Pairing: Try lean red meats such as venison or beef brisket. Also a Mediterranean style pizza with goats cheese, olives and peppers.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Located not far from the famed region of Bolgheri and making wines in the similar “Super Tuscan” style, the Pasquetti family are committed to biodynamic and organic farming. The land that now makes up their holdings was disused scrubland up until 2003. Seeing its true potential, they now produce wines that reflect a harmony between nature and producer and all for a fraction of the cost of some of its more illustrious neighbours.
