Shiny deep dark red in colour with fresh fruit and red berries and spice on the nose. A full bodied, rich and intensely aromatic wine with smooth tannins. The well balanced tannins and fruit gives this wine plenty of elegance with a nice long finish.
The Guigal family have been producing wines in the Rhône Valley for many generations. Marcel and Philippe are the current guardians of the exceptional domaine. The average age of the vines is 20-75 years.
