Le Pavillon is the result of family thinking to offer a more modern wine, focused on fruit and freshness. The result is an explosion of red and black fruits, crunchy and juicy, supported by very supple tannins and a lot of lightness on the finish: a wine of instant pleasure.

Cellaring: Drink now to 2027

Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled lamb chops with rosemary, ratatouille, or a herb-crusted pork tenderloin. It also complements casual fare like gourmet burgers, wood-fired pizzas, or a simple charcuterie board featuring salami, saucisson pâtés, terrines, and rillettes. | 🌡️ The wine should be served at a slightly cool room temperature of 15°C to 16°C

STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Since 1971, Michel Bernard and his wife Dominique have run the vineyard, which they have developed since and in 2004, their eldest daughter joined the board. Today Château Beauchêne has become the hub for the vinification and maturation of all the cuvees from the different vineyards owned by the family consisting of three appellations namely Châteauneuf du Pape, Côtes du Rhône Villages and Côtes du Rhône
