Our Chablis collection is a curated showcase of some of the finest expressions of Chardonnay from this renowned northern Burgundy region. Known for its cool climate and distinctive Kimmeridgian limestone soils, Chablis produces wines of remarkable precision, minerality, and finesse.

Among the standout producers in our selection are J. Moreau & Fils, one of the region’s historic names, Charly Nicolle, known for his detailed, terroir-driven cuvées, and the acclaimed Jean-Paul & Benoît Droin, whose wines consistently express depth and purity across the appellation's hierarchy.

A special mention goes to Domaine du Colombier, with whom we are proud to have an exclusive partnership. Their wines embody the classic Chablis profile - clean, vibrant, and full of character - while also offering something truly personal and memorable from vintage to vintage.
