On the nose, it unfurls an intense bouquet where the essence of fresh red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries prevails,  with a tropical hint of passion fruit and the delicate scent of white blossoms. On the palate, its vivacity is immediately apparent, delivering a velvety and honeyed texture reminiscent of the lushness of ripe fruit.

BEHIND THE WINE

The wine is a varietal Tempranillo from vines over 25 years old planted on a single farm, Finca La Planta. This is a large estate of 1,400 acres with flora in the vineyard such as pines and oaks, together with wild boar and deer.

After maturing, the grape harvest is done manually, carrying the grapes in small boxes of 15 kg. Thus ensuring arrival in good conditions at the winery.The grapes are selected upon arrival at the winery. They are carefully pressed to extract the desired colour.Fermentation takes place at a temperature not exceeding 12ºC. Once fermentation is complete, the wine is decanted and bottled cold, preserving vividness at all times.
