Historic "Cuvée" of the Domaine
Blend of 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 10% Carignan. Traditional fermentation with five weeks of maceration using sorted grapes. Gentle pump-overs and aeration during the fermentation phase. Complex nose of black fruits, vanilla and spices. Round palate evolving on a promising structure with a beautiful density.

Aged 10 month in oak barrels with 20% aged in stainless steel tank.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
As supporters of many organic and ecological practices such as organic fertilisers and reduction of sulphites, choice of recyclable materials, waste sorting and treatment, they have validated the HVE3 level and are now starting on the conversion course towards the organic certification.
