Blend of 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 10% Carignan. Traditional fermentation with five weeks of maceration using sorted grapes. Gentle pump-overs and aeration during the fermentation phase. Complex nose of black fruits, vanilla and spices. Round palate evolving on a promising structure with a beautiful density.
Food Pairing: Barbecued grilled beef steak, roast lamb, beef stews or Cassoulet.
