    For those looking for to develop their knowledge and skills in wine and gain confidence in their wine tasting and evaluation abilities, we are delighted to offer the internationally recognised and accredited WSET (Wine Spirits Education Trust) Level 2 award in Wines on Wednesday starting 26th of April, for 8 weeks.

    The WSET Level 2 Award in Wines is an introductory to intermediate-level course that provides a broad introduction to the world of wines.

    The course covers the major grape varieties and wine styles from around the world, as well as the principles of wine tasting and wine and food pairing. Students will learn how to evaluate wine quality, identify common wine faults, and understand the key factors that influence wine style and production.

    The WSET Level 2 Award in Wines is delivered through a combination of classroom instruction, tasting exercises, and online learning resources. The course is typically completed over several weeks, with a final examination at the end.

    The WSET Level 3 Award in Wines is an advanced course that provides an in-depth understanding of wines from around the world. This qualification is designed for individuals who have a serious interest in wine and want to further their knowledge and understanding to an advanced level.

    The course covers the major wine regions of the world, including their sub-regions, grape varieties, and wine styles.     Exploration Thursdays 

    Experience the world of wine in a unique and engaging way with our 'Exploration Thursdays' series in Dublin. Every session features a different wine theme, designed to offer an "à la carte" approach to wine education that's both fun and informative. With limited availability of only 17 participants per night from 7pm to 9pm, early booking is recommended. Don't miss out on this chance to expand your wine knowledge and indulge your taste buds!

    • 13th April "Loire" -Taste 6 different wines and explore the Loire Valley accompanied with a lovely plate of cheese and charcuterie.
    • 27th April "Spain" - You will taste and explore 6 wines from the most famous wine regions in Spain with some charcuterie and cheese. 
    • 11th May "Italy" - Explore the most iconic Italian wine regions through 6 really different wines.   
    • 25th May "Rosé & BBQ" - who said rosé wines were boring? Get yourself ready for summer cuisine and learn more about rosé wines with 6 different exciting and fresh rosés!
