Why I love this Wine?

"This is one of my favourite red wines from the Spanish region of Priorat . Whilst this wine certainly packs plenty of punch when it comes to rich fruit flavours such as blackberry , wild strawberry and black plum , it offers far more than simply juicy fruit. Delicate herbal notes of rosemary and lavender and a mineral finish add to its complexity . This wine never feels too rich thanks to a wonderfully balanced acidity that delivers a freshness on the palate." Darren Murphy
