Join us for a journey through the vineyards of Austria and Germany, two countries where tradition and innovation come together in every glass.

This special evening will feature a handpicked selection of six wines that capture the essence of these remarkable regions - from the crisp minerality of Grüner Veltliner and the vibrant aromatics of Riesling, to the playful bubbles of Pet Nat and the elegance of Spätburgunder. You’ll also discover the charm of Austria’s signature reds, with expressive pours of Blaufränkisch and Blauer Zweigelt that highlight the country’s growing reputation for cool-climate reds.

To elevate the experience, we’ve partnered once again with ICIAR, who will be providing a thoughtfully curated selection of cheese and charcuterie. Each pairing has been chosen to complement the wines and bring out their most nuanced flavours - a perfect match for an evening of discovery and indulgence.
