On the palate, textured flavours of sweet honeycomb, soft orchard fruits, and subtle herbal undertones unfold, accented by white pepper and a gentle hint of chili oil. Citrus brightness and glazed fruits mingle with decadent treacle, toffee, and vanilla, creating a rich, multi-dimensional experience. The finish is long and lingering, as the fruit notes slowly recede, leaving the oak and pot still spices to provide a satisfying, lasting conclusion.
