    Our rosé tips

    Our rosé tips:

With 95% of rosés it is best to drink the youngest vintages. So if you are out and around 2020 & 2021 would be our top tip.

Good dry rosés should ideally be served in the temperature range of 8 - 10 degrees celsius. No need to over chill as the winemaker will want you to experience the wonderful fruit aromatics and flavours from their creations.

If you like really dry crisp rosés it is worth checking out those from Sancerre. Made from the Pinot Noir grape, they can be mouth-wateringly fresh and truly delicious.

If you prefer organic dry rosés with some riper fruit flavours the offerings from Aix-en-Provence will prove fruitful.

Two of our team's favourites are : Domaine Gautran organic dry rosé 2021 €15, Domaine André Vatan Sancerre Rosé 2021.
