The course covers the major wine regions of the world, including their sub-regions, grape varieties, and wine styles. It also delves into the factors that affect wine quality and style, such as viticulture, winemaking techniques, and aging. Students will learn how to evaluate wine quality, identify wine faults, and understand the principles of wine and food pairing.
