This selection is about the beauty of small-batch craft. We hand-pack every gift in our window-lid box, filling the space with natural decorative hay to keep everything snug and create a clean, organic look when opened.

At the center is a crisp, lively bottle of Cava Rosé, by Amy Huberman  - a 100% grenache , offering captivating aromas of soft red fruits with some complementing bready notes. The bubbles are fine and persistent. Although Brut in style it is not too dry.

We’ve paired the bubbles with artisan handmade chocolates from The Truffle Fairy. Founded by Irish chef Mary Teehan in Kilkenny, these are made with a level of care and skill you only find in true artisan kitchens.

To finish, we’ve included Pâtes de Fruits from Maion Guinguet. These aren't mass-produced sweets; they are still made in traditional copper cauldrons to get that deep, intense fruit flavor. Each box contains five varieties: Orange, Yuzu, Lemon, Raspberry, and Prune.
