A true grower Champagne from the Premier Cru village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, this is an elegant blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. On the palate, the wine is rich and expressive, balancing the zest of red grapefruit with sweet raspberry to create a fresh, fruit-forward profile. A vibrant and delicate Champagne! 

We have paired this with chocolates from The Truffle Fairy, where chocolatier Mary Teehan uses her professional chef's background to hand-make truffles that are truly delicious. 

To complete the selection, we’ve included Pâtes de Fruits from Maison Guinguet. Far removed from standard confectionery, these are prepared using time-honored techniques in copper cauldrons to concentrate the natural sweetness of the fruit. This five-flavour box offers a vibrant mix of Orange, Yuzu, Lemon, Raspberry, and Prune
