Citrus and white peach aromas with floral hints . On the palate, a rich mouthfeel with beautifully integrated oak and notes of apricot, spice and toasted hazelnuts. Smooth, well-balanced with a fresh, linear acidity keeping it focused and pure on a lengthy finish.

Food Pairing: Poultry in sauce, veal fried with mushrooms, foie gras, lobster, crawfish, grilled or fried sea-fish, cow milk soft centred cheeses such as Camembert, Brie de Meaux or Reblochon.
An established name in Puligny-Montrachet, the Chavy family have produced wine here since the 1970s. In 1998 itwas decided to to split the domaine between Jean-Louis and his brother Alain with them sharing the Bourgogne Blanc, village Puligny Montrachet, the lieu-dit "Charmes", as well as Premiers Crus "Champs Gain", "Clavoillons", and "Folatieres" vineyards. In addition Jean-Louis has control of the Premier Cru "Perrieres" parcel, while Alain kept "the Pucelles" parcel. The winemaking and ageing style is traditional. We find the house style for Jean-Louis are wines of elegance without any noticeable oak influence.
