Poggio di Sotto's Oil is an organic Extra Virgin from Montalcino with a delicate, sweet and enveloping tone, produced starting from the Frantoio variety and in a smaller part Leccino and Moraiolo. Soft and aromatic, balanced and structured, with very low acidity and light spicy-bitter nuances, it offers notes of rocket, artichoke and wild herbs.
