Full-bodied, balanced and firm red from the south-west of France

This full-bodied and balanced wine develops an aromatic complexity of black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant) and licorice stick, underscored by a subtly toasty note. Aromas of undergrowth, dark chocolate and fine leather surrounding a great freshness on the palate.

"The wine with its dark chocolate aroma and super-ripe layers of tannins and blackberry flavors, is firm and still young. Blending Tannat, Pinenc and Cabernet Sauvignon, it will be ready from 2026."
    -Roger Voss
    • Blend of Pinenc (Also known as Fer Servadou), Tannat and Cabernet Sauvignon
    • Wine Enthusiast | 90 Pts
    Cellaring:  Ideal now through 2028
Food Pairing: For a traditional regional experience, pair the wine with duck confit or a hearty cassoulet. On the grill, a pepper-crusted ribeye steak or lamb chops with rosemary will highlight the wine's peppery Pinenc notes, while a mushroom risotto or aged sheep's milk cheese like Ossau-Iraty provides the necessary earthy depth to complement its balanced finish. | 🌡️ Serve  around 16-18 °C
