    An iconic British summer specialty

Pimm’s No. 1 Cup brings vibrant citrus zest, subtle herbal complexity, and a pleasantly bitter spice finish to social gatherings and long, refreshing serves. Crafted from a secret recipe infusing a gin base with caramelized orange, delicate botanicals, and herbal extracts, this deep amber spirit offers a light, accessible ABV (25%). Crisp, fruity, and delicately spiced.

Recommendations:  Mix 1 part Pimm’s No. 1 with 3 parts chilled lemonade over plenty of ice, garnishing with fresh mint sprigs, sliced cucumber, strawberries, and orange wheels for the classic Pimm's Cup pitcher. For a sophisticated twist, top 35 ml with chilled Champagne or Prosecco for a Pimm's Royal. In the kitchen, its spiced citrus profile makes an exceptional poaching liquid for summer peaches or pears, a refreshing addition to fruit jellies, or a lively glaze for berry-based tarts.

    STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Created in 1840 by James Pimm at his London oyster bar, Pimm’s was originally formulated as a digestive tonic served in a small tankard known as a "No. 1 Cup." Its popularity quickly grew from a local house specialty into a staple of British society, famously holding Royal Warrants and becoming the official drink of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships. Today, Pimm's stands worldwide as the quintessential emblem of British summertime and garden party culture.
