Dry, medium-bodied & complex Riesling from one of Germany's grand cru vineyard

"The interplay of garden herb freshness with abundant stone and citrus fruit aromas and flavors weaves a seductive tapestry that pulls you into this beautifully balanced, medium-bodied wine. The chalky structure gently builds in the very long finish in a fascinating way. Drink or hold."
    -James Suckling

      • 100% Riesling
      • GG - Grosses Gewächs, which translates to "Great Growth" and designates Germany's highest-quality vineyard
      • James Suckling | 94/100 Pts
      • Falstaff | 94/100 Pts
      Cellaring:  Drink now to 2036
Food Pairing: Outstanding alongside buttery lobster tail, seared black cod, grilled turbot, pan-roasted sweetbreads, and wild mushroom risotto. Delicious with rich roasted pork loin with fruit compote, spiced Peking duck, glazed veal shank, and fragrant Moroccan tagines or earthy truffle dishes. Also pairs brilliantly with nutty cheeses such as vintage Comté, aged Beaufort, and medium-aged Gruyère. | 🌡️ The wine should be served chilled at around 10–12°C
