RICH AND MINERAL MELON DE BOURGOGNE
100% Melon de Bourgogne, to the eye, this wine seems to shine from within. An opulent palate which then introduce a mix of ripe melon and crisp apple. The impact of the soil is abundantly obvious as it gives a fantastic mineral structure to the wine. Its purity of flavour, fine weight, and freshness make for a superb aperitif.

STORY BEHIND THIS WINE
Traditional production methods are followed here: juice was separated from gross lees, fermented for four weeks, and aged on fine lees in stainless steel for seven months. Minimal oxidation was permitted, and the finished wine was bottled the following spring.
Domaine Luneau Papin, stemming from the 17th century now in its 9th generation incarnation is a certified organic and bio-dynamic producer, factors that are indicators of excellence but no guarantee.
