This Sauvignon opens with a highly aromatic bouquet of delicate elderflower, crisp gooseberries, and vibrant exotic fruits. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced and wonderfully juicy. A streak of lively acidity runs right through the center, giving the wine a striking, well-defined structure. What truly sets this selection apart is a distinct, savoury saltiness that brings an incredible focus to the palate and stretches the finish out for a wonderfully long, lingering close.
