STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

This family estate is based in the region Baixo Alentejo. Since 1998 they have transformed the long-abandoned land into fields that produce high-quality Alentejo wines. The younger generation of the Soares family have been involved in the naming and design of the labels for the wine.

OUR IMPRESSION

The 2020 edition of Monte da Peceguina Red reveals a nose with good aromatic intensity where red and wild fruit notes appear together with floral notes. Subtle and integrated
barrel. On the mouth the fruit remains present, like the structure of the wine. The fine tannins and a good acidity result in an elegant Monte da Peceguina Red with good persistency.
