A blend of de-alcoholised organic French Chardonnay wine, French Bloom Le Blanc opens with a minerality with accents of pear, the inimitable signature of the house. Between acidity and depth, French Bloom Le Blanc reveals dazzling floral bursts in the heart. Its tropical notes are followed by an evolution of granny smith apple, accords of white flowers and slightly spicy citrus fruits with a sparkling freshness.

→ Since de-alcoholised drinks start as regular alcoholic beverages, they tend to retain more of the original flavour profile, including some complexity and subtle notes from fermentation.

STORY BEHIND THE LABEL

"Long-time friends, Constance & Maggie who live on opposite sides of the Atlantic, meet again in Paris in 2019. Maggie, Director of the Michelin Guide, is pregnant with twins. Constance pursues her career as a top model. Both of them are driven by a quest for well-being against all odds. During social gatherings, they soon realise how non-alcoholic, festive and sophisticated drinks are non-existent. The idea for French Bloom was born"
