Intense & textured premium rosé from Provence

A classy Provence rosé with beautiful, fine floral aromas and balanced, intense red berry flavours. This is her premium cuvée 'Bois des Fées' rosé and is unusually dominant in Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon with just enough added Grenache for aroma and acidity. After a short, cool, fermentation the wine is then aged on it lees for added texture giving a lovely fresh feel and ripe finish.
