Cellaring: Ideal now until 2036

Food Pairing: Delicious with fresh oysters, grilled sea bass, pan-seared scallops with lemon butter, and poached lobster. It also shines alongside creamy poultry dishes like chicken fricassee, roasted veal sweetbreads, and traditional French escargot with garlic and parsley. For a cheese course, consider serving it with a mature Comté, aged Gruyère, or a creamy Chaource. This family-run estate in Chablis, Burgundy is led by brothers Arnaud and David Lavantureux and is one of the most respected domaines in Chablis. Their philosophy is to produce intense and vibrant Chablis whose richness and complexity complement the natural minerality of the Chablis soils. This cuvée comes from the upper part of the slope, with full south-facing exposure — a privileged position that gives the wine power, depth, and intensity
