    Fresh, mineral and floral Burgundy wine

    This white Burgundy is clear and brilliant, mineral and floral, fresh and vigorous. Its aromatic expression features notes of bracken and hazelnut.

    • 100% Chardonnay
    Cellaring:  Drinks well now through 2029
    Food Pairing:  Delicious with fish couscous, or pasta/risotto with mushrooms. Poultry in cream sauce would be similarly successful. It works well with cheeses like Comté and Beaufort, as well as goat cheeses | 🌡️ Serve slightly chilled at around 10-12°C 

     

    STORY BEHIND THE WINE

    Nestled in the heart of Burgundy's wine region, between Puligny-Montrachet and Sampigny-lès-Maranges, Domaine Duchemin cultivates vines with passion across 12 hectares spread across around thirty plots. For several generations, Domaine Duchemin has perpetuated artisanal expertise passed down with meticulous care and humility. Their vineyard produces red (80%) and white (20%) wines, as well as a crémant, made exclusively from their own vineyards
