    This pale pink rosé offers a very refined nose of red fruit. The palate is round and well-balanced, with a lovely aromatic persistence . This rosé will seduce you with its finesse and elegance .

    STORY BEHIND THE WINE

    Domaine Cailhol Gautran belongs to a family of winemakers established in the Minervois that have been producing wines for five generations. Nestled in the rolling countryside at the foothills of the Massif Central. The hamlet of Cailhol lies in a valley carved by the Cessière River, which flows into the Cesse.The estate’s vineyards extend within a 3-kilometer radius, thriving on a sun-drenched, south-facing limestone plateau at an altitude of 250 meters.
