STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Domaine Cailhol Gautran belongs to a family of winemakers established in the Minervois that have been producing wines for five generations. Nestled in the rolling countryside at the foothills of the Massif Central. The hamlet of Cailhol lies in a valley carved by the Cessière River, which flows into the Cesse.The estate’s vineyards extend within a 3-kilometer radius, thriving on a sun-drenched, south-facing limestone plateau at an altitude of 250 meters.
