Easy drinking yet complex Montagne Saint-Emilion 

The hue is a vibrant ruby red. Spicy and fruity notes on the nose. Aroma is complex and intense. Lovely blackcurrant and plum fruits, a soft silky tannic. Powerful flavours surrounded with elegance and finesse. 

• Blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon

Food Pairing: Roast pork with mustard, skirt steak with Bordelaise sauce, slow-cooked leg of lamb. 

Cellaring: 3 to 5 years.
