Clear and bright in the glass with a delicate orange-pink hue. The nose opens with exotic aromas of passion fruit and mango, turning into fresh notes of white peach and apricot. On the palate, it strikes a great balance between a generous texture and a lively freshness, showcasing crisp citrus zest alongside a unique, subtle hint of cinnamon and cardamom.

STORY BEHIND THE WINE

Domaines Ott dates back to 1896, when Marcel Ott arrived in Provence from Alsace. Despite the region's vineyards being devastated by phylloxera at the time, he saw their true potential and set out to make world-class Provence wines. Over the decades, the family built up three iconic estates, even creating their famous, uniquely shaped bottle back in the 1930s. Today, the legendary Champagne house Louis Roederer manages the estate, keeping those original high standards alive.

BY OTT is their highly popular Côtes de Provence rosé, made to give you a taste of that famous Ott quality at a more accessible level. The grapes are strictly selected and handled entirely by gravity at a modern cellar at Château de Selle, a facility built exclusively for making this specific rosé.
