The Pinot Noir Nature showcases a vibrant cherry-red color owed to carbonic maceration, which also unlocks an expressive and appealing nose of bright redcurrants, fresh cherries, and ripe blackberries, accented by delicate notes of light tobacco. Crafted from hand-picked, biodynamically grown grapes and made without added sulfites, the palate is defined by a fine structure, impressive freshness, and great suppleness.
This wine is born from vineyards featuring rolled pebble soil with a nourishing clay-limestone subsoil. The grapes are harvested manually to ensure quality. In the cellar, the wine is crafted with a focus on purity: temperature-controlled fermentation and a long maceration take place before aging exclusively in concrete vats. A final light filtration is performed to preserve the wine's natural character and structure.
