Always fermented dry, this wine is a beautiful straw colour with green edges. With a fine mineral fragrance of ginger and caraway seed, under ripe pineapple and flowers. Flavours of white peach, quince and lemon on the palate with a lingering, clean and dry finish.

Trimbach have been making wine in Alsace since 1626. The Trimbach’s have a purist vision. For over three centuries and across 13 generations, the family has produced wines that are structured, long-lived, fruity, elegant and balanced: the celebrated Trimbach style.
