A clean and pure expression of pinot grigio, with notes of white peach, ripe apple and citrus fruit . On the palate , the wine is juicy and round complemented by a vibrant acidity that is present due mainly to the higher altitude the pinot grigio grapes are grown. A dry finish with a pleasant streak of minerality.
Alto Adige is hugely popular with white wine drinkers. The warm days allow for optimum ripening whilst cool nights retain freshness in the grapes.
