    Fresh and precise Chablis Premier Cru "Vaucoupin"

    Complex mineral nose with aromas of fresh fruit, grapes, apple, and pear. It evolves towards notes of peach, pineapple, apricot, with hints of sweet spices. The palate is fresh, precise and orchestrated by a predominantly clay minerality. The finish, fine and dynamic, lets express aromas of white fruits

    Food Pairing: Delicious with grilled langoustines, pan-seared turbot, or baked sea bass. It is also a wonderful match for creamy chicken breast with chanterelles, refined white truffle risotto, and a classic Chaource or Brillat-Savarin cheese | 🌡️ Serve at around 12°C

    Domaine Dampt Frères is a family-run winery in Chablis, Burgundy, known for crisp, mineral-driven Chardonnay wines that reflect the region’s limestone-rich terroir.
