STORY BEHIND THIS WINE

A classic Alsace Riesling, it is always vinified in a dry style. The Trimbach family have been making wine for 12 generations, since 1626. While they vinify other varieties, their true passion is for Riesliong. They believe that its fruitiness, finesse, elegance and pedigree make it the finest white wine in the world.

OUR IMPRESSION

This is a classic dry Riesling, with a rich, floral nose backed up by incredible tension. It is bone dry but full of concentrated, racy fruit. You could enjoy it now but there is no hurry whatsoever to drink it.
