Fermentation happens naturally with native yeasts, taking its own time to complete. No additives are used, though a small amount of sulfur dioxide (SO2) may be added just before bottling. The wines are left unfiltered

I absolutely love Three Wooly Sheep which is the house wine at our favourite restaurant. Delivery is always prompt and last week the box of wine arrived eith a broken bottle. I contacted customer services snd had a replacement bottle sent within two working days.
