100% Gamay, on granitic soil, vinified with native yeasts and without SO2. The wine is full of fresh red fruit and candied peel with lots of minerality.

All the vines are cultivated using organic farming practices, either certified or in the process of certification. Over the past few years, they have actively explored agroecology and have initiated agroforestry practices, including plant covers, hedges, intra-plot trees, and pruning. The objective is to integrate trees into the core of the agronomic system to enhance soil quality and improve the overall environment. The average age of our vines is 65 years, and we maintain a vine density of 10,000 plants per hectare.
