A lovely fruity taste. Kept on drinking over several glasses.
heard Jean Smullen give glowing review on Moncrieff's Movies & Booze segment on Newstalk. She was spot on!
It reminds me to Burgundy. Mineral, lovely acidity, and tropical fruits.

Domaine du Colombier has been a family property since 1887. Today three brothers, Jean-Louis, Thierry and Vincent work the 55 hectares of vines planted exclusively to Chardonnay, and produce dry white wines that are clear, lively and light. The winemaking is carried out with great care, with the greatest of respect for the traditional Burgundian methods, allied to the advantages of modern techniques.
