"PURE, clean and unwooded Chardonnay from the Minervois, in France’s Languedoc region.

The fruit was picked at optimal ripeness to enable the winemaker at this family-owned winery elaborate one of the best Chardonnays from the Languedoc – fresh, smooth and very well balanced.

A yellow straw colour, it has citrus and tropical fruit notes on the nose and palate, with a slight, saline tang and mineral notes on a very satisfying finish."
