From the Valpolicella sub-zone of Cengia, comes this feted Classico Superiore Ripasso.

Corvina and Rondinella grapes are left on the skins of the grapes used after the production of Amarone to give added texture and alcohol. Cherry, blackberries and spice dominate a palate with integrated tannins.

Enjoy with: Braised short ribs.
