"This has an enticingly earthy nose with aromas of cedar, tobacco and vibrant red fruits. Grown in clay soils, it is full of dark, rich concentrated fruits such as black cherries plus herbs such as mint and mild mocha. There's a luxurious, supple mouthfeel, with refined tannins leading into a complex vanilla finish. This is a seriously thought-provoking wine. Pair it with a beef stew or even some mild hard cheeses."
