93 Points: "Organically made from 100 per cent syrah, this shows a deep purple hue in the glass. It has an enchanting nose of bramble fruit, herbal notes such as thyme and bay, vanilla spice and hazelnuts. The palate is rich but clean, with finely tuned tannins and a lingering black pepper finish. This will certainly benefit from a decanting to both enhance the flavours and tame the spicy fruit. Perfect with a beef stew."
