Fleshy & Sapid Fiano from Puglia's oldest cooperative

Bright straw colour. The nose is intense, with aromas of white peach, melon, aromatic herbs and balsamic hints of pine; in the mouth, it is warm and soft, with beautiful sapidity and a medium acidity. A pleasant floral note that persists in the finish.

STORY BEHIND THE LABEL

Produttori di Manduria is Puglia's oldest cooperative, set up in 1932 with just 17 growers, who, nowadays have over 400 members who collectively, cultivate more than 2,000 hectares of vines. Many of them are small growers and farm organically. The winery showcases the rich wine heritage of the Puglia region and is renowned for producing high-quality wines from the Primitivo grape, especially Primitivo di Manduria. In 2020 Produttori di Manduria was awarded the Tre Bicchieri by Gambero Rosso.

"Zin" by Produttori di Manduria is a Salentine white wine that evokes the Salento sea not only through its name (zin means sea urchin) but also through its aromas of Mediterranean scrub and its crisp sapidity.
