Clean and Balanced Cab Sav from Stellenbosch 

It has a clean, restrained aroma opening gradually to blackberry and cedar. Supple tannins and balanced acidity mingle with the plum, blackberry and cassis flavours. There is plenty to suggest that this will age well in the bottle.
