    A concentrated and mineral Bourgogne Tonnerre beautifully reminiscent of a Chablis

    Gold dress with some reflection. The nose is open and concentrated on notes of ripe fruit associated with a touch of mineralite. Balanced and beautiful persistence. There is a strong Chablis influence on style.

    Cellaring:  Perfect now through 2028
    Food Pairing: Excellent with freshly shucked oysters, pan-seared scallops in lemon butter, or grilled sea bass. It is also a wonderful match for roast chicken with fresh herbs, creamy wild mushroom pasta, and a goat cheese platter | 🌡️ Serve at around 10-12°C

    Domaine Dampt Frères is a family-run winery in Chablis, Burgundy, known for crisp, mineral-driven Chardonnay wines that reflect the region’s limestone-rich terroir.
