Il Bruciato," meaning "the burned," takes its name from a devastating forest fire that swept through the Guado al Tasso estate in the early 20th century. Today, the wine serves as a poetic tribute to that history, symbolising resilience, renewal, and the profound bond between the land and the vine. First introduced in 2002, Il Bruciato was crafted to offer an approachable Bolgheri red that authentically reflects its unique terroir. Cultivated from vines situated right alongside the prestigious Bolgheri Superiore, the wine is vinified with meticulous precision to achieve perfect harmony and balance.
